How exactly does someone create a bot? What tools, code, etc. would I need?

You can make bots relatively easily using any of our premade libraries, or you can make one yourself (not recommended).

There’s the MeowerBot.py library, for example: GitHub - meower-community/MeowerBot.py: ShowierData9978 - creater and maintainer
