Monthly homeserver maintenance

As I mentioned in the Discord server:

Starting every month, I will be bringing the Meower homeserver offline to perform health checks, cleaning/dusting, and software updates.

I will try to do maintenance as early as possible, but if I am unable to, the next runner-up time will be chosen instead:

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(All of which are in the server’s local timezone, EST/EDT)

The next server maintenance day will be on September 30th.

When are we going to have load balancing? If we had it, the server could be re-routed to another server if one goes down, including when it goes down for maintenance. I am happy to host a server that can be used as a backup.
