Add formating back! (Like the BBCode+ system from beta 4.8!)
You can make the standard features such as italic bold and strikethrough! Maybe you can also use the standard BBCode as well.
If you wanna go all the way, add a automatic close feature.
For example, say I write a comment like this: Yeah, but why? (but i don’t add the second asterisk.)
Make it so it adds the second asterisk at the end to avoid the italic bug (although it’s probably not gonna happen since we’re not bound by the limitations of scratch anymore.)
TL;DR: steal the formatting system from the fourms (or the BBCode+ system from beta 4.8) and put it on meower.
Yeah that’s my idea.
I think markdown is planned at some point.
